Best iPhone App For Browsing MUD?

I went to check MUD on Safari using my iPhone the other day and I got a pop-up saying that there was an app that would let the forum functionality pass through to my phone.

It said that MUD now had a capability to function with this App.

I was in a hurry, so I clicked through, but now I would like to know what app it was and if people like the functionality?

I've got paid on both FR and TT...IIRC, you can't post without paying? Believe that stuff is covered on their respective websites

the tabbed structure I use on 'MUD makes all the tabs inaccessible with either FR or TT

I use Tapatalk, and it's way faster than using Safari to access Mud.

Sorry woody didn't realize your post was regarding missing forums like classifieds... On another note apparently I can't see post numbers in fr either. Good thing your post wasn't number 11,I can only count that high in private... Heh

post in a classified or clubhouse section, go to "participated threads" and open it. scroll to bottom and hit the "Classified" or "Your Club name here" and bookmark it. Now you can access all tabbed forums via homescreen on your TT or FR main screen.

I have to update and say that Forum Runner is not overly impressive.
I use the Participated option under Current Threads heavily as the 55 section does not show up under Forums view.

I often get Connection errors saying the request timed out when updating the Participated tab, or it takes a long time to load.

Today it seems to have almost no functionality on the iPhone. I may try TapaTalk when I feel liek paying for another app.

You can try Tapatalk, but it's not supported on this forum. The 'MUD app is one that I've paid for.

With the other server issues that have been going on over the past month or two, the mobile app support is well down the list. Sorry, but keeping the site running consistently has been a bigger priority.


Are you using the FREE IH8MUD specific app from your AppStore? Or the generic ForumRunner application? I'm unsure the generic one will work on here...if it does, it's missing a lot of functionality.

search IH8MUD in the app store...it's there...I've got it on my Droid and on my iPod...
