Appearance When Linking To A Post (1 Viewer)

I have wondered about this for a while, but I never made the effort to ask in here.

Sometime when I want to link to a post, the reference will have a nice look to it, like you can see the overall thread title. The text seems to reference the top post of that page, but that's okay. This is an example:

Other times, I get something that looks like this:
Still functional, but just not as nice looking.

I am running Chrome on a Windows 10 box.

Any thoughts?
 
Has nothing to do with the browser. Unsure why the software would produce different results. Beta-testing the next update shortly, so it will likely all change again...lol

Looks like the 2nd one is linking an individual post, instead of the entire thread. So there IS a difference in the link data, and it's handled differently (no clue why tho)
 
Likely the "page 2" portion of the 2nd link that changes how it's displayed.

Regardless, it's 100x better than the link-only stuff of the good ol days....
