You know its B-ball season now as Clemson takes their ACC opener on a last second layin for a 68-66 win on the road. Now only 3 unbeatens in the country, 1 in the ACC. Next in line some bugs from Georgia.

Notre Dame, Ind. - Luke Harangody (Schererville, Ind.) has been named the BIG EAST Rookie of the Week for the second time this season. The 6-8 forward averaged 15.0 points and 7.5 rebounds in leading the Irish to wins over Rider (101-51) and Stony Brook (95-66) last week.

Guard Russell Carter (Paulsboro, N.J.) was named to the league's weekly Honor Roll after averaging 19.0 points, 4.5 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 3.5 steals. It marked the second straight week that the Irish guard has been selected for Honor Roll honors.

Against Rider, he played 19 minutes and finished with his fourth double-double of the season as he scored 18 points (matching a career-high) and grabbing 10 rebounds and then followed that up with by scoring 12 points and grabbing five rebounds against Stony Brook.

He topped the 20-plus point mark for the sixth time this season with a 23-point performance versus Stony Brook as he connected on a career-best seven three-pointers.

Notre Dame is 12-1 on the season and has won 11 straight heading into Wednesday night's BIG EAST opener at home against Louisville. The Irish are 17th in the Associated Press poll and 22nd in the ESPN/USA Today ranking.:D

Cool stuff right there!! Congrats to him and your family, Jim!

Congrats on a big win Tiger fans! That was a heckuva game. Great ending, Clemson played with serious poise. Clutch bucket by Mays at the end and Rivers continues to be the man.

With UCLA's loss to Oregon, you are now the last undefeated Div 1 team in the country!

Solid road win for the Deacs against the Canes!! :grinpimp:

These youngsters show fleeting signs of hope and coming back from 17 down on the road tonight was one of them. :bounce:

The tigers pulled another W out. It was a great game and they showed a lot more heart then they have in the past. Last unbeaten but 2 tough road games to come before UNC at home I dont forsee the record making it without an L.

We are currently in foxsports power 16 and 3 of 8 espn voters power 16's. We are also seeded as high as a 5 seed right now in some peoples bracket projections. Clemson is getting a lot of respect right now and thats all before todays win.

Capt, watching your cousin on espn 2 right now he just missed a layup. I'm a little bit pissed cause Clemson is playing tonight and I cant even watch the game meanwhile I have 2 games one on espn and one on espn 2 and neither has a team ranked as high as Clemson. I hope your cousin puts on a show since I can't watch my own team tonight.

Yeah, I am watching it too. He had a nice pass for an assist followed by a mean rebound on the other end of the court to end the half. 13-2 run to end the half for ND.

He's a BIG kid!

Clemson game is on here Richard. Tie game with 3 minutes to go in the 1st half.

Deacs tip at 9 against BC.

40 - 36 Clemson lead at half. KC Rivers with a shot clock buzzer beater 3 to end the half.

Can't believe you guys aren't getting this game. You sure about that? Don't you have Fox Sports South?

The game was definitely not on here in Clemson at least not on my cable package and I enjoy tv so I have a pretty good package. I listened some of the first and some of the second half on the radio. 17-0 for only the second time in the schools history tied for the best start ever by a Clemson team. If we can take down D.J. Strawberry and the terps we'll have the best start to a season ever by a Clemson team.

Doubt it, but I have XM in the cruiser and it will be on there. Channel 19x.

Ha, LOL. Joe has both Clemson and Duke as a 3 seed while Clemson is 17-0 and Duke has 3 losses, 2 to unranked opponents.
