doing a frame off on my 1966 40. Am replacing brake lines today and was backing out the old hard lines out of the banjo fitting. Had to heat the fitting to get the brake line to move. Once out I see that it took the threads with it. I now need a replacement. I’ve searched the vendors but no luck so far. Any suggestions. Thanks!

Thats not a banjo in the pix, standard metric brake line, any parts house, local napa has a big selection here, just have to put the bends in it.. the rubber hose is a relacement part. Hope that helps..

Plenty in stock. Check out my website (sigline) and call me.

My bad! What I need to replace is the “t” fitting...I mistakenly assumed it was called a banjo fitting. Thanks for any guidance. Bill

1966 will be the smaller diameter (9mm ?). Not sure what year it changed to the larger size. Maybe someone can chime in with the details.

9mm not a LAPS part.
