Anyone know if the 07-13 tundra kit would work on a '13 200?

FYI I cannot speak to the Baja Designs, but I do have a set of the Rigid SAE fog lights in my trail tailor bumper, and the cutoff is awesome. I have no idea if they'd fit in the stock bumper though as I no longer have one.

I do like the Baja Designs, and the setup you did here is really clean - very nice job. Just noting if someone needs SAE-approved fog lights with the correct cutoff (so as not to blind oncoming drivers) and Baja doesn't offer an option the Rigid ones do work well and are WAAAAAY brighter than the factory lights. I don't believe Rigid has amber lenses but you can always get a film to apply on top if you choose.

It will not.

BD doesn't have a mount that fits the '13 land cruiser. I had a local shop fabricate brackets out of stainless and used the Tacoma angled hood to fit them in my '13.

They were not cheap since they are one off and based on the hourly shop rate.

Left side are the BD Tacoma mounts, right side are the fabricated ones to fit the '13.

I sold my '13 and still have these brackets if anyone is interested.

Not exactly what you were asking for, but at least a comparison to other lights. Camera set in manual mode with manual white balance to give true comparison. These are on my 2016 4Runner.

Nice pics there and they really do well to convey the pattern, intensity, and contrast differences. Makes me want to apply a yellow filter or lens to my aftermarket Rigids as the contrast is just awesome.

I'm with @04UZJ100 that I wouldn't give up the factory fogs for a non-SAE off-road lights. The factory fogs add so much to my daily driving, putting light in the periphery.

I will have my local shop order a set of the Rigid SAE fogs for my factory bumper and will report back if they fit well or not because i definitely need the better fog light output for my area. It’s the D series I want...correct?

Is this black surround a separate piece that can be easily removed? The Rigid D Series SAE fogs are 3.2” wide and will not fit otherwise.

Not sure (I know that doesn't help with your specific question) but if you're planning to make it a one-way endeavor you could use a dremel and enlarge the black plastic

I was just thinking that as well.

I've added close up photos of the BD lights with the black shroud still installed. I know you asked about Rigid light fitment but maybe this will help with fitment questions...

A follow-up for anyone like me who had an older set of BD Squadron-R fogs with the Tundra/4Runner kit that didn't include the sculpted bezel. It is not on their web site, but here's a direct link to the bezel only. You need two pieces for a pair of lights. I just ordered mine. Discount code that worked for 10% off as of today is DCTX10.

Baja does make good stuff , I have a few of there LED lights on bikes and are great ... people think I'm running high beams during the day , stuff is crazy bright .

Any install write ups or vids on this Mod?

Finally found a solution with the help of a local shop (SDHQ) I’ve been looking for an alternative to the factory fog lights. I put on the squadron pros and used the bezels they included in the kit for a clean fit. It is the tundra fog light kit. Hope this helps for anyone else that has been looking!

likely too bright for in-town driving at night? As in, blinding to oncoming traffic?

The non DOT version are definitely too bright on full power. I ran mine through my Switch-Pros dimmed to 25% for street use.

Be mindful if your state has safety inspections. I had vehicles fail annual inspection for non DOT lenses (BD fogs) and aftermarket bulbs (Hikari LEDs).

Thanks. But SAE isn’t the same as DOT, right? In other words, even the BD SAEs are probably still too bright for in-town street driving unless run through a dimmer. Is that accurate?

Oh, good point. I got the two confused.

Love the Switchpros for the dimming. There is such a thing as too bright in some uses and previously had to avoid some products because of that. The three levels of dimming fixes that.
