Need Help! No Taillights, Brake lights, license plate lights or fog lights

I'm wondering if anyone could point me in a good direction. I tested the relays and checked all the fuses. I used a multimeter on the relays and a test light on all the fuses. is there anything I can look at? I have power at the tow connection. I'm kinda lost at this point. any help would be greatly appreciated

all those lights are coming through the tailgate harness. You may have a problem with that harness.
The tow is not on the same harness.

failed to mention I don't have any fogs or marker lights either. no power to the fogs but the fuse is getting power to both sides. I checked all relays that I think have a relation with them

Yeah, please post up your year model and what you did to fix it. These trucks are starting to get some age on them, and heck, mine will be 20 years old in just over two years!
