Keep guessing. I think I have our route marked in my Baja gazette. I'll get it out tomorrow and see.
I do remember all those places and would love to attempt Santa Maria. That was a beautiful site.
I have my gps track, plus all the pics. Some of the places we went to are worth repeating. I just need to figure out a route to put it all together.

Way cool! They will enjoy it. Don't they have a 100?

A little update. I've been "talking" to this fella in San Diego for over 10 years. I've never met him. It looks like we will be rendezvousing at Mission Santa Maria.

I had dinner with a retiree named Juane Tobascofish and his wife Angie last night. When I suggested Baja, it took them about 2 seconds to jump on board. They are planning to ride with me (or me and you).

Wait, Juan is retired? Dang, I'm jealous. Where are they living these days? They used to be in Salida but thought they moved.

Sounds like we have ourselves a convoy. Now if we can get the GX to come along.

Which GX? This if the first I've heard of this.

Wait, Juane (fixed it for ya) is retired? Dang, I'm jealous. Where are they living these days? They used to be in Salida but thought they moved.
What, do you work?
They moved again. Now they live where I started in NM--El Rito. His wife is deputy district ranger there for the Forest Service. She's not retired and they decided to spend a week in Utah instead of 2 weeks in Baja.

Ron had suggested he was interested.
All talk, no action.:flipoff2:

What you don't see is me jumping into the pool on the other side of the rock. You all are missing out.
I did this crappy video in case I needed to explain David's demise to Mexican authorities.

"Border crossing for tourism/ recreation will end tonight at midnight (Friday night). The COVID-19 (Corona) Virus is the reason."

I can't say I'm surprised. October is not far away, and it should settle down by then.

I agree. I am making vague camping plans for the Fall, with the assumption of normalcy appearing by then.
Sorry this screwed with a great trip to Baja. I was looking forward to great stories, pics and fish tails (tales). Hang in there.🦈🎣

I have a plan. I'm not going to be confined to quarters.
