Just don't want to see any other fellow mudders get ripped off by this horrible online outfit. Customer service? Ha, that's hilarious. Speaking with someone who can answer a question with something other than; "that's not my department." Good luck! Expecting to get an issue resolved before the 30 day return window is up? NO WAY! These guys are a joke and need to be avoided. I'm sure there will be many folks out there who have never had an issue with them but it's never a problem until it's a problem right....?

@bkg, There were some parts missing on my order and the process of even trying to talk to someone is a nightmare. They have given me the runaround for 3 weeks and at this point I called it a loss and gave up. I don't have the time for these games.

Depends on the item and timing. Either Partsouq or the SE Toyota dealers during one of their sales with free shipping (and no sales tax).

I shop two dealers. In order ...

American Toyota in Albuquerque is my local dealer. Their prices are great, but they do charge a $5 pick-up fee, so I need to factor that in.

Second choice is a "freeship" dealer. Claremont Toyota in California. Orders over $75 ship free. For awhile there was a lot of drama with my local dealer and their discount so I spent lots at Claremont. Mostly I'm back at AmToy because I don't need to wait for stuff to ship.

If I'm not in a hurry I might shop at Partsouq or Amayama which are out of the UAE, or Japan.
