Seller, why did this sit unsold for six months? Originally for sale in August and now will be available “this coming week”? Multiple DM’s sent but not sold?

It's been unsold for closer to a year. I reached out to the seller in April of 2024. This is at least his second classified post for this 80. He said that he acquired it from a friend's dealership. The "entire engine refresh" mentioned is a bit exaggerated. It was more like standard baselining items from what he mentioned. I will say that the undercarriage looked great in the pictures that he sent.

He also told me that BAT accepted it to be listed, and they predicted more than what he was asking ($27k at the time), but it seems like he never went through with that. Not sure why....

Fair questions. I posted and had few things come up on my end, didn’t get a chance to show/sell the truck.

Right now, I have decided to sell the truck. It was in the storage, everything checked and ready to be shown to potential customer.

I really don’t want to put the truck on BAT, but could.

I am in Austin and very connected to LC community. Multiple LC owner.

I would not sell a truck that I won’t feel comfortable buying. I had this truck for sometime now had a lot of work done.
