I am suprised to see you say this-- I know that the greenies want to close access, but Game and Fish is usually on our side. Or at least I thought they were.
I don't know anything about the Copper Permit, but I would be willing pay some money each year for annual permit if at least some of the money was going to go to improving access and such.
