I've been trying to figure out how to add some more light to the 80 - the 94 lighting tech sucks, and I am reminded of that every time I hop in to the 200 (LED headlights and Stedi spots).

I did upgrade to 9011/9012 bulbs so that helps a little. I don't want to go to aftermarket housing/projectors or crappy blinding LED inserts.

So, I figure adding some auxillary lighting might help. I even have a couple of good quality 10" lightbars kicking around from a prior project that was trying to figure out if I could repurpose.

Then I saw these brackets made for a 14" lightbar and my gears started turning: SLEE - Light bracket to fit 14" Rigid LED bar on ShortBus Bumper - Slee Off Road - https://sleeoffroad.com/products/sof1252/

I can't visualize how they're installed on the shortbus bumper, whether I can still install them and keep my front plate (legal requirement in my state), or whether I could flip them so I can fit a narrower lightbar than the 14" that they're made for.

Anyone have pics of them installed? Searching for the on google and 'mud draws blanks.

Closest I got was this: Slee Short Bus (Or similar bumper) Auxiliary Lighting Options? - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/slee-short-bus-or-similar-bumper-auxiliary-lighting-options.1194586/post-12924560
This pic doesn't show how the brackets mount, and also goes right where the license plate goes.

Cancel this request. I picked up some Diode Dynamics SS3 pods instead.
