here we go. Just did the one for now as today was a lot busier than i thought it would be.

so this is set up to be cut from a 2.4x1.2m sheet of steel, not sure what US standard sizes are. But thats about 4 feet high.

as cut, you will get an 'Outline' of the 40, which you can paint and stick to your shop and it will look like a line drawing.

PS, theres an easter egg slash my makers mark hidden in there somewhere, hope thats ok :grinpimp:
