Anyone find a android head unit yet for a 200 series USA? Like looking for a unicorn! (4 Viewers)

Has anyone found an android head unit for a 200 yet? I've looked and can only find carplay and android auto add on units. I use android. looking for a more HD screen and want to be able to customize the unit. Have one in my 5th Gen 4runner and it's hard to go so far backwards tech wise.

It appears there are 3 sources for Tesla/Android style replacement units all originating from the same factory in China. Not all units have the same capabilities
