Need to replace a tail light on a 2019 LC 200, looking for OEM

Searched the forum couldn’t find much. Anyone have a lead? I see a bunch of options on eBay but not sure any of these are ‘legitimate’. I don’t want to buy and end up with one looking different. I need both pieces as well, the piece on the tail gate and the actual tail light.

Called two and they only had the outer portion, not the piece on the tailgate. At autoparts.Toyota.com not entirely clear which tailight is which, no tail light is pictured and the part numbers after googling a few have not been a fit.
 
Looks like

RH 81551-60B90 outer and 81591-60391 inner
LH 81561-60B90 outer and 81581-60391 inner

I get most of my stuff from Lagrange Toyota in GA. I've replaced an outer tail on my 2009 twice now and just replaced both headlights yesterday. 25% off is good for 1 more day and shipping was free.

I hope the sides are correct. Kind of confusing since most places list RH or LH, but one said driver and passenger and driver was RH on other sites, but we are LHD so...
