Nah, but they are coated nicely with brake dust. Right time of day and it looks like surface rust.

Front bar, bezel, spotties, rims, roll bar, jerrycan carrier (not shown) rattlecan primed and done in rattlecan flat black. Paint on everything but the roll bar has held up well

I prefer duplicolor graphite wheel paint over black, but my '79 build has a long way to go before I can post a comparison against a lot of the clean ones posted here.

I had white rims that I scuffed up and shot with a cheap single stage gloss black urethane. Way more durable than rattle can.
