figured after 2 years i should have a build thread.
here it is. white fzj80, factory lockers, leather, currently 289,000 miles. bought it at 272,000

the day i got her. bones stock minus the 315s that were bald ass Hell.

me pulling out a hummer just a week after i got it.

heres some soft 8 wheels and some 285 KM2s.

new uniden CB installed. still have this and it works very well!!

removed jump seats and one second row seat.

some Hella 4000s I converted to HID 3000k

added some load bars and a cheapo rack from CL

hit a rock pretty good wheelin

so i found an ARB on CL and snagged it up

added the HIDs

pismo jamboree

CB and Flag mounts

GREEN camp FTW

OME lifta added

315s KM2s added

not only do IH8MUD.com , but a also H8ICE. a buddy skid 40-50 feet into me and this is what his TJM bumper did to mine.

2 hour trip to the coast

found a 1952 m100 on CL so i grabbed it.




rebuilt my front axle and removed the dust shields.

found a swing down rear bumper from a local mudder and i had to cut and grind down the rear crossbar on the frame.




and the final product.






i had to trim the rear fenders for the side guards to fit.

got some tube doors off of another local mudder

did my KOSO slim guage temperature add on

and lastly the most recent mod are my 37s

and thats it for now. theres 2 years of mods all rolled into one. im missing the pics of my powersteering cooler install, and my engine oil seperator.

There fake bead locks aka street locks. But there crager 16x 10.5

So I figured I'd do some updates. Forgot all about my build thread


So after de flaring my rig, my tires threw up a huge rock and busted out my passenger window!!

.







And when I got home I installed my rear pan hard drop bracket, and a new steering damper and relay rod.

After getting the window replaced it was time for another Pismo trip.

Right when we were about to head home, I noticed one of my accessory belts had flipped around on the pulley.

Found a Yakima mega warrior on CL and threw it up top.

Wasn't sure if the PHH had ever been replaced, so I bought the napa yellow gates stripe hose and some constant torque clamps and did the work around kit. Old one didn't look too bad.

Later that day the snorkel came in the mail!
