Thanks for the update. I really like seeing pictures of and reading about the old wagons on the road again!

Thanks again,

Clem

I took it up to the North GA mountains for a day trip last weekend.

I remember that one also, when Vintage had it, I thought it was a super rig. I got a bunch of pics of it someplace

New axles for the LV. Large pattern disks up front w 4-runner calipers. Powder Coated everything.
FF rear with Torsen LSD and stock drums to replace the previous Chevy disks.

Beautiful truck!

Shinny new hubcaps......

So I have a set of 4 original caps with holes for sale. I also have 4 repro solid caps but I think I'm going to hold onto those.

I'm hoping it fits. It still has the original Siamese head on it with a header and it fits fine. I should know shortly.

Almost done with the head refresh /update. Pulled the original Siamese head and replaced it with a 72ish F head and new header. The head was completely refreshed with new guides and seals.

It also allowed me to remove the 67 intake and install an intake that doesn't require an adapter for the THC carb.

Lots of other misc cleaning and painting and a few new decals from Metric TLC.

Nice pto, what rig did it come from? Just bought a 67 45 with the same shift boot, never seen another with that boot. Nice lv build as well!

Came off of a 70 FJ55. Unfortunately I have to get rid of the header to make it all work. Whitey45 you wouldn't happen to have a stock 70-72 F exhaust manifold?

I do but its attached to and engine! I have found a pic of that boot on an fj55, so maybe they used them on 55's?
