Hey Brian,
All I can say is ...amazing. That thing wheeled so well before these changes, now I can't imagine how rediculous it will allow you to get. I promise not to run Chris up something stupid again this year. I keep looking at that pic on here and still thought it was a nice line. I hope she agreed!
Hope to wheel with you and the "Polished Turd" soon. I just wish mine was that polished!

Nice job again!

Goebs

Great work woody! just make sure you have some fresh batteries in the camera before you test it.

rear driveshaft getting tubed today...opted for .250 wall. Should hold up to my driving, I hope....lol

With luck road test on Monday or Tuesday... <cross fingers>

Hope C likes the Majic fingers..

:flipoff2:

GET ERR DUN!!!!

When you assembled your rear axle how did you align the 4 link. For instance did you use the string method and what surface on the body do you use to establish level to set pinion angle?

String and a tape measure for side-to-side alignment...probably too 100 measurements, from lots of places. Pinion angle is based on the t-case output, and it's adjustable. I can adjust the links to run either a CV or non-CV rear shaft, "fully tight" on the links is a mid-point.

Word is....tonight is skid plate, front stinger, and bleed the brakes. Lots of little crap this weekend and last night. Fluids are done, vents are run, links are adjusted (again), rear shaft is in, t-case e-brake appears to work, torqued a pile of stuff that outta be torqued....

Saturday is testing in Attica, down Fri night and back Sat night. Should have some pics by Sunday showing how well it did, or didn't, work...

COOL!!!

you gunna drive it on the road like that? or tow it?

<--trailer queen...

as of 8pm CST, it's "done"...will see if I come up with anything else at work tomorrow...one nite left for forgotten stuff.
