Burned out
I see you haven't posted in a couple weeks, so this may be a moot point. If you haven't sold your LC I think you just need to chill for a while. I did much of the same thing when I bought my FZJ80 8 months ago. I read way too much on mud and then attacked it non stop nights, weekends, early mornings, and I loved doing it.
Everything done in the first 6 months that I remember-
Took out all the seats, center console and plastic trim. Cleaned, scrubbed, shampoo'd everything including headliner. I swear to god the PO must have run a petting zoo in my LC

Replaced a dozen little broken trim pieces that were cracked, chipped, or missing. Some new OEM, some used OEM. Anything not OEM under the hood was put back into OEM condition. By this I mean missing trim on top of valve cover, non OEM oil cap, a bunch of little clasps and hold downs, etc.
Change/Flush
Engine oil to synthetic and new OEM filter of course
Front, rear, center differential
Transmission 5 times
Power steering to ATF
Brake fluid flush, bleed
Radiator flush Distilled water and new coolant
Greased every drive line zerk
...then
New intake boot
New OEM air filter
New spark plug grommet seals and new valve cover gasket
New OEM plugs, wires, distributor and new dist o-ring
New brakes and rotors
New wheel bearings
Antenna mast
New 285/75/16 Geolander's
New OEM belts and hoses
PHH
Rebuilt Power steering pump
Dual battery
Rear outlets and fridge
Center diff lock and 7 pin mod
Hand throttle
New OEM shocks all around
Removed mirrors fixed the rattles, repainted black
Painted flares and front bumper with black bumper and trim paint plus a light coat of truck bed liner to hide flaws.
I got to a point where I saw no end to the things I NEEDED to do and it started seeming pointless. That's when my

chimed in and told me to just enjoy it and slow down
I only really needed to do the fluids and scrubbing to make it driveable and safe. Probably my OCD pushed the rest, something I think I share with a lot of my brother mudders.
The point is it is very expensive and time consuming to try to do a complete restoration on a 12-17 year old vehicle by yourself in a carport on bricks

Most of your expense and time has been spent on things that you wanted, and I expect you will have a whole new list of wants when you acquire your newer LC.
Just enjoy it, deal with stuff as it comes up, spend some time with friends and 23 year old South African girls, have a beer and just
