Last few month was one heck of travel time for me... I was in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Sacramento and back to Grants Pass. I only saw 1 silver 2016/2017 LC at a Pilot gas station. I dont see any driving on the road. My wife also notice that too.

Do people still buying LC?

LCs have averaged fewer than 2000 sold per year in the US for quite some time.

That's why showing up at the Mud Summer wheeling trips offers a sight to behold...like this view from Ouray last August:

I know where there are 2 of them very close to me. Soon there will be one in my garage too!

I see a couple a week in ATL.

They are all over Raleigh, NC. I see 8 to 10 a day on my commute.

see a black 17 LX570 in Thibodaux couple times a week.
I'd love to have one for the wife as a DD, love the styling

various 100s and a handful of 200s, but none are modified and appear to be resigned to soccer mom duty

We have more LXs than LCs here. The LCs go for a premium even over the same year (used) LXs. Only a handful have been modified that I've seen. Just as a comparison, there are a ton of 100 series LCs and fewer LXs here.

Same here.

I am driving one and see LCs of all vintages including other 16/17 LCs every time I leave the house in Durango, CO. But, then SW Colorado is the LC's natural habitat.

I'd wager CO is THE center for LC's nationwide, and I can really see why. I can't think of a more perfect state or terrain for the LC.

I see a fair number of 570's and few LCs here in Southern Kal... but it's rare enough that I always think, "Hey! There's one!" as opposed to 4Runners and such, where they are everywhere, all day long.

I see a 200 series LC every week or two in the Bay Area. I've only spotted one other 16/17 (I can only tell from the front end). There are an order of magnitude more LXs.

I've seen only a handful of 200s of any year here in Michigan, ever. Based on where I've seen them and who is driving them, an even more interesting question than: "Am I the only one with a 2017 LC?", could be: "Am I the only one who uses a 200 LC for what it was built for?". The only other 200s I've seen in Michigan are probably never going off-pavement with their present owners. Maybe someday one of the owners will use Crawl Mode to get out of a packed mall parking lot, but I would venture to say the astounding technical capabilities of these trucks are largely lost on the owner demographics targeted by Toyota now in my neck of the woods.

Same in So. Cal. That's why the LA area is a great place to shop for LC's. They aren't even DUSTY underneath.
