Alt/Brake/AT Oil Temp Lites come on at idle?? Help please. (1 Viewer)

1990 FJ62.....At idle all 3 lights come on accompanied by an underdash buzzer sound. Slight increase in rpms and they all go off.

Alt? Belt? Any ideas? Haven't checked yet, thought I'd throw it out for ideas.

Altenator brushes maybe?

You could check belt tightness but Christmas lights on the dash usual indicate an alternator that is going bad. Check voltage at the back of the alternator for further testing.

Earlier post mentioned swapping a breaker under the dash. Can somebody be a bit more specific?
