Looks great. Out of curiosity, why not do the rear coils as well while you’re at it?

If it were a lower hp/torque motor I would (2F, 12HT, R2.8, 5.3). The coils in the rear are not as stable and the leafs handle the power way better. Even with an adjustable shock cranked up the body roll at hard throttle is too much for some drivers to handle. Especially with a 3" lift.

Ride with the IMS or MRR are comparable as well to the coils.

This is our preferred suspension with the LS3 now.

Great to know. Thanks for responding.

Soooooooo good!

Akuma is a roller again. Dobinsons IMS shocks, Trail Tailor tapered wire front coils, Dob rear leafs and anti-version shackles and pins.

Will finish up the steering tomorrow and then get the drivetrain set.

Will go to the storage shop until body is painted.

Would you mind elaborating on this for those of us with LS's and your four corner coil setups? Is it just kicking ass around corners (body roll) to watch out for or is it more sneaky?

Thanks
