I'm almost ready to push the buy button on an "ACH Delete" system and I really don't want to.

For background I have worked on my AHC extensively and have already done the following things.

1. Replaced globes
2. Balanced AHC pressures by adjusting torsion bars and adding heavier rear springs.
3. Flushed the AHC fluid.

This gets me to my recent troubles...
I took a trip over new years to the Mojave Desert and during the trip I found that I could not adjust my suspension height anymore. I was able to trace it to a rear AHC sensor that was not reading correctly. I replaced the sensor and then everything was working properly.
Then
I took a trip to death valley in late April and during the trip after driving dozens of miles on the worst washboard roads imaginable the "OFF" light started flashing. Upon scanning the system the left front sensor was reading -161mm. I thought it was a bad sensor and replaced it and the right front sensor while I was at it. It worked briefly for a few up and down cycles my obd scanner indicated it was working as well. Then it stopped working and again the left front sensor read -161mm.

Where do I go from here? I really want to keep this system but am hovering over an ironman 4x4 AHC delete...

Please help!

Is there a way to test the new sensor? It’s uncommon but every once in a while you do get a bad new OEM part.

while the new sensor might be bad, it also seems plausible to me that you might have a wire that chafed thru and is grounding out. it's free to check wiring.
