I saw that the first batch is taken but if I were to place my order now how long do you think it would it be before I got it?

I was initially told two weeks even before I would see any of them. Then he surprised me by not only giving me 5 but also the some other prototypes we were working on. As of now it would be under a week. Likely beginning of next week for the next batch.

Forgot to check the mail yesterday, looky what I found today!

:D

Next batch of 5 is getting picked up tomorrow. Wasn't expecting these til next week so I'm pretty happy. I can send out some orders on Friday now. ;)

Bump on these. I figured I would have went thru more than seven of these. Kinda surprised.

Not sure if I'm my 2 cents too late or not, but if those are elastic straps that are holding everything in, they will eventually get tired (read: stretched out), but that should not be for a long time.
The other issue is that as the straps loosen up over time and with wear, I can easily see opening the lid and having the items in the lid fall through the bottom of the elastics, especially heavier items like knives and flashlights. Perhaps they can be pockets??:meh:

Reason I went with with this design is because the guy that makes these for me also makes them for the film industry. These are guys that uses their tool pouches 12hrs a day sometimes 6 days a week on set. Myself included. I was utterly impressed that my same pouch that was holding my 14 piece driver kit was now 11 years old and you could never tell. There are some people that have their pouches approaching 20 years. If you are concerned about the elastic not holding up, don't. If it the elastic DOES happen to magically wear out then send it to me for an exchange. Get one of these in your hands and I am pretty darn sure the concern will go away. ;)

And no, the design won't be changing and no, there won't be pockets :flipoff2:

@NLXTACY Nice work on the organizer. I have to say I've been impressed with your work and integration of the collective feed back both here and on the 80 side. And most importantly your commitment to quality materials and craftsmanship. You've come up with some pretty cool stuff both one offs for your lx450 and items for sale. Now I have to decide if I want to keep my center console cup holders or get one of these. Hmmmm

Have you decided upon a price yet? If it's not too much you can probably count me in on one!

2 votes for pockets. With zippers. :flipoff2:

Nice work NLXTACY

If I didn't already have my own home brew pocket in that location...I'd think about getting one of your's!

Love mine - and more pics of the drawer setup please @ rd4638..... debating that as next mod....

TIA
