ACC Fall Gathering at GMP (11 Viewers)

Sorry y'all I got bad new. I don't think I will be able to make it to this one, because I have an Order of the Arrow ordeal the same weekend, and I missed the first one to go to GSMTR. If you need clarification the Order of the Arrow is the national honor society for Boy Scouts, and the ordeal is the event in which you get inducted into the society after being elected to join by your peers. However, there is the slightest chance that I will still be able to make it. If not I hope y'all have an excellent time and I will definitely be in attendance for GSMTR 2013 for the whole week. Also, I will have the entire month of December off from school, and Fahed, Patrick, and I are planning a wheeling trip in search of snow, and once the plans are made, we would love to have others come along.

Looks like Reanna and I will be driving up Friday night and hitting a hotel then setting up camp first thing on Saturday and doing trails.

Erin and I are planning on coming in on Friday to set up camp.

It is a good possibility that I will come down on Thursday. If I do I should be there mid afternoon.

Since I am not much of a cook. Would it be ok if I brought plates, forks, spoons, cups, paper towels and trash bags for the weekend. Just trying to think of a good contribution for the group.

I'm sure the plates and stuff will be fine Matt. I don't know about the other guys but we won't be there that early on Thursday. We're planning to leave the store around 3 which should put us around 9 with stops.

My old college roommate, Brian, is bringing his 2011 Sahara Jeep Wrangler. He's pretty much a noob to wheeling, but I'm hoping we can show him the ropes. He'll be arriving Friday, but has to leave Saturday evening.

GMP was my first ever trail ride during GSMTR earlier this year, had a friggin blast, hook line and sinker. I remember being all puckered up going up and down the first trail (#2 I think) in the 100. I've sense added a 40 to the stable and will hopefully be able to make this trip to see how she does.

So it looks like the GX is on track for GMP (cool!). I also got the CB in, some new FRS/GMRS radios for non-CB talk, a 10# tank for propane for the tent heater, and some gadgets for the ipad and phone mount system I am working on. Camping gear is ready as well...should be fun to land from NYC, pick up the truck at ACC, and pack the same evening, then head out Friday with the wife!

I am ready. All mechanical work that I wanted to do is done. Knock on wood nothing pops up this late in the game.
Put my short bus and belly pan this past weekend and should be getting the sliders on this weekend. Lilrick is building me a interior tire mount and hopefully it will be here before departure.

I am really looking forward to this trip, meeting you guys and wheeling with Toyota truck instead of heeps and suzuki's like I have done around here with the local 4x4 club.

Count me as a go on bringing plates, knives, forks, paper towels, trash bags etc.

Seeing the pics of your Lexus wheeling last year at the gathering made me finalize my decision on coming this year. I thought '' if he will wheel a Lexus then I can wheel my DD 80" and now I read that you are having ACC do a few things to the Lexus. Thanks for luring me in.
