AAH Sunday, Sept 7th..... 12noon

You guys all know the drill by now; it is time to go do our part and keep the Upstate clean and green . We will be meeting as usual at the F-mart on the intersection of River Falls rd and Highway 11. On Sunday Sept. 7th at high noon.....should get in a good hour or two of talking, walking, and picking up trash it is a good way to spend a Sunday afternoon

We are planning a meeting over at Mary's house after the pickup to discuss Non profit, officers, and bylaws. After that I'd love to go see the cabin and relax. She is still in recovery mode so I'd rather make what is easier for her.

Oops. I meant that "after the dirty deed" to include the by-law meeting at Alan and Mary's.
The cabin's new bed is due in today via UPS. That should officially make it a crash pad
when Lynn has had enough of my BS and tosses me out.
Somebody bring them dern by-laws to the meeting. Steve?

Had a good time yesterday. Not a whole lot of trash on the road. Steve, Alan, Bill, David D., David H., Chuck, and myself showed up. Once we were through we went down the road for a couple hotdogs and then over to Alans house to discuss the Bylaws and other issues. On my way there I saw a guy who had gotten stuck on the side of the road. Did a quick recovery and was on my way.

Meeting at Alans went well. Lot's of issues hashed out as well as a complete update of the Bylaws. Also discussed the process of getting our non profit status with the federal gov as well set a time frame to have it completed. GSMTR was also discussed.
