My FSM has them at 108 for a 94 with the conical style. just seems like a lot to me.Its 97 ft-lbs but i swear i saw something about adding 20% somewhere. I remember it being around 117 ft-lb. Its been driving me lug nuts.

I think so but don't know so. I have after market Icons with the conical lugs. First 200 so I don't know sh*t"Lug Nuts to be tightened to 97 lbf-ft (131 n-m) torque." is generally what you see on most Toyota instructions for the Tundra using the 22mm mag shank lug nuts. I am guessing the 200 series uses the same lug nuts?

I just rotated my wheels earlier this week. It's a bear to do, but all these horror stories are why i continue to do it myself. The dumb thing is it takes very little "extra" effort to do it correctly.

This is strait from the manual for the TRD Forged wheels with the spec'd conical washer seat lug nuts:
a) Install wheel/tire assemblies onto vehicle. Hand start the provided lug nuts during installation. If wheel locks are being added, install one wheel lock per wheel (not including spare) at location 2 in Fig 8-1. Tighten lug nuts in sequence 1 through 5 (Fig. 8-1). Ensure that the socket does not scuff the wheels. Tighten to 97 ft-lbf (131 N-m) using a torque wrench. DO NOT USE an Impact Gun to install or damage may occur to Lugnuts! Air ratchets are OK.
Still 97 ft lbs.
Yes but im aftermarket. Splined 60 deg. conical seat deep lugs. Something about the mating surface not being flat or something requiring more torque. But i don’t remember where i saw it and not sure if its valid.
When I worked at Discount Tire...the word was if we didn't know the proper torque setting then we just used 100 as the magic number. Terrible I know. It was a such long time ago, even before TPMS sensors was a thing except on the corvette only.
Knowing what I know now, I would make every effort to make sure I obtain the proper torque setting but in your case when you go custom aftermarket then I guess you need to do more research. I wouldn't even trust the DTC guys to give you the proper specs.
Raised in Mt. Pleasant and all I hear right now is the “Belle Tire” voice! My local tire store, part of the Michigan chain “Belle Tire” pulled out the torque wrenches for my buddy’s 60 and my 55 without being asked. I was amazed.

I wonder whether the RW lugs having free spinning seats impacts that value? This is strait from the manual for the TRD Forged wheels with the spec'd conical washer seat lug nuts:
