275/70/18 KO2 on Vision Rocker wheels with a 2.5" (2" effective) ToughDog lift. This is my 2nd set of KO2 at this size. Best compromise for off-road handling/capability and on-road performance.

so 275/70 /18 do fit without a lift correct? I am planning to raise the front with the oem torizon bars.

I ran them on my LX when AHC was still onboard. Never had issues on either 60mm factory offset wheels or 12mm offset that I have on the Visions in the photo above. I only used High mode for extra approach/departure angle. Other than that, I ran in "normal" mode all the time.

That's a good looking rig, do you use wheel spacers?

Not my rig but would you be able to tell me what size tires are these?

I just got 265/70R18s (Hankook AT2) and am pretty happy with them. FYI... truck has working AHC system.
As I understand it, the thinner 265s have better gas milage than the wider 275s, but would like to hear others' opinion on that.

Yokohama Geolander X-AT on Tundra TRD 18" in 275/70/18. Great tire so far. Almost as quiet as the Michelin LTX A/T2 but much more aggressive.

I have LT 265/70/18's on my LC. About 100k on Michelin LTX, and still a 20k left (Lots of freeway miles). Not an A/T tire, but works fine on dry gravel, dirt, easier jeep trails. I had Rugged Terrain in P - passenger size (same 265/70) and they were warrantied (delaminated 2 tires in first 6k miles). Big difference going from P to LT - definitely slows down the truck, but fine on the highway. Speedo at 75 actual speed 80.

Yeah that was a factor in deciding, but I ended up with the 265s less for the width than for the ability to get them in a P metric, which was over 10lbs lighter a tire. Most AT tires don’t seem to be available in a P metric at 275/70. That makes a pretty big difference and was the right compromise for me.

I've got the 275/70/18 KO2s on my stock LX and they are pretty great even in the snow. I also fit the same size tire underneath without any issues with my *presumably* OEM hitch. Once I get the tire raised halfway into the spare area I give it a tap with my foot to get it centered in the space. I've changed and rotated tires a few times and have never had or seen an issue with it.

I don't notice that it stick down super far or anything but I also haven't ever really looked. I went through my pics to see if I could find any that show how low it sits. Other than the one above that show it being pretty flush with the bottom of the hitch this is from the side...

I’m currently running 276/65R18 (32”) on the stock wheel and suspension setup for the LX just fine but want to move up to 33”s. I’ve been worried on whether the 33”s could mount up stock but thanks to this thread it appears there should be no problems. I love the way the dirt On your rig caused a ”bronze” look on the stock wheels. I think I might just keep the stock wheels, paint them bronze and run the 33”s haha

Thanks! No spacers. The wheels are a 12 offset so they stance more outboard on their own.

275/65R18's is what these trucks should have come with from the factory. If you want something that is slightly bigger/better than the original size but doesn't stand out as being modified they are the way to go. Also very plentiful, far more choices than the stock 275/60's and reasonably priced.

Does anyone have straight on profile shots of 275s? Everyone saying they are too narrow but cant seem to tell with most side profile shots?
