A gift from the PennDOT Gods

So I opened up the mail today and received a gift from the Gods of all things PennDOT. Applied for this weeks ago and can't believe it hadn't been grabbed up by now. I know it isn't advisable to post pictures of "personal" information like this, but I've never been much of one for heeding advice...

I've always thought it was silly to blur out your license plate. Anyone driving down to road can get it - to me that would be a bigger problem if it were truly an issue!
