LOL. There's an 820 ohm resistor inside the relay folks.
Once again, if the CEL illuminates with the key in the ON position, the EFI relay is closed and functioning. You have proved this several times over.

@rozzay still have no idea what 0.67 means. I had to look up the manual for your multimeter. It only beeps if resistance is less than 50 ohms. Put the dial on the 200 ohms setting. If it shows a '1', bump the dial to the next larger value.
