All other controls work for the seat except the slide forward/backward. It clicks and seems like it may work so I pulled the seat and the rails are clean and there’s nothing obstructing the work gears. Any ideas?

Very common issue check the gears they break 😉

Do you mean worm gear?
There have been few write ups. Try this one. Look ffor a white/yellowed cap with aa cross on one end and threaads on the side. Sometimes this works itself loose, particularly when moveing the seaat forward.

Thanks. I know years ago I changed the drivers side because it was slipping, but I know it’s a plastic gear. Do you know where I can source them?

What's funny is I went back and edited my post two or three times when I realized I was misspelling their name by spelling it phonetically, and I still got it wrong!!!

Started with Gamavetti

🤦

For the rails I've used Dupont Molykote 33 Medium, it's a Lithium base silicone grease (no "Moly/Molybdenum" despite the brand name)
compatible with most plastics/rubber (except silicone rubber, polycarbonate or ABS plastics IIRC)

Or if you could use Toyota's "Body Grease" which is a lithium base grease with PAO oil and PTFE, it's just more expensive.

Or (if you bought NVidia stock 10 years ago) you could use a KRYTOX (PTFE) grease, something like GPL-205 ($70 for 2oz)

The YM-103 (see attachment below) may be the same as or at least similar to the Toyota Body Grease:
