Check the wire connections make sure they are clean if you have to wire brush battery posts and connectors also the starter connections

What about the fuel pump relay? There was a problem in the FJ80s having too light of a wire going to the EFI relay and when it gets hot the relay won't trigger. Many people have run a heavier wire to fix the issue. I carried extra relays and swapped them out if they got too hot.
The pump is easily accessible under the rear seat (middle row, 2nd row). If you have doubts as to whether or not it is running pull the cover and have someone cycle the key with your hand on it.

We cleaned the connections and like magic... It's running like a dream! Just in time for my birthday and my mechanic didn't even charge me!
