I have this 91 toyota Truck with a solid front axle conversion I bought this way. The steering has a lot of play I can't even drive over 35 mph it's scary. I'm told I need new outer tie rods then have it aligned. Where can I get these outer tie rods for this axle? Please help. I need to know if it's stock 79-85 outer tie rods I need or something custom

We can't answer that, we need to see the tie rod. Is it the factory tie rod (unlikely), or a custom one? Can you ask the person that did the conversion?

Do you have a steering stabilizer installed?

How are the front shocks?

Have you checked the toe-in? You can do this with a tape measure on level ground in a few minutes.

And wheel bearings, and steering shaft connections, and steering box, and and and... lots to look at. Might want to have somebody at a shop take a looksie.

Pictures please. If they used normal stuff, the rod ends on both the drag link and tie rod will be FZJ80 products. My experience is the aftermarket stuff that comes with the kits are worthless. Go to the dealer and get the real deal.
