Parting Out 89 FJ62 partout in PA

Parting a rolling non running 89 FJ62 location northeast PA not far from Rausch Creek Offroad Park. Got this from Mitch Rowlands, not complete by any means but it rolls and steers. PS box is spoken for. Complete under the hood- so all engine components are available. Transmission and transfer case are there but the vac shift section of the transfer cas ehas been removed. Axles are complete. Steering column and wheel are there. No good glass or interior parts. Front end sheet metal is in pretty good shape. Pricing to start: front axle complete from Aisin hub to Aisin hub with 4.10 gears $300, rear axle complete drum to drum $150. Buy both for $400. Will split the front axle up as follows: Aisin hubs $125, disc brake setup complete with Birfs and Aisins $300, third member $125. Rear axle third member $125. Split transfer case without vac shift assembly (yes this has the larger diameter idler gear shaft) $275. Transmission condition unknown $75 with shifter. Leaf springs $50 pair. Grille with emblem nice shape $75. Hood nice shape $50. Steering column complete from wheel (included) to steering box joint complete with switches $100. 3FE engine complete (condition unknown) with fuel injection, manifolds, water pump, etc $200 a great way to get started on a 2FE project. i'd like the t-case lever that goes through the floor.
Id like the lever boots (upper/lower) with the steel mounting plate.
Id like the bolt/pin that attaches the t-case lever to the transmission
i'd like the t-case shifting rod from the lever to the t-case
