It might just barely work for NA, but with a turbo, I doubt it.

I'm beginning to think having a radiator built may be your best bet. A custom 4-Core 3L radiator might do the trick.

I'm running a heavily boosted, intercooled 2L with the pumped turned up considerably. I can't get my temps above 1/2 way, even on a long steep grade towing 4,000 lbs.

Assuming your cooling system is in good shape, a stock 2L radiator will cool the 3B without any issues.

I managed to fit the 60 series rad by modding the fan. I also removed the clutch from the fan so its always running at engine speed so i don't think cooling is going to be an issue.

The engine now has a turbo!

I'm looking for a crank pulley and idler pulley assembly for a 1984 3b diesel for the power steering setup does anyone have them and be intrested in selling?

Just stubbled upon this thread as it hasn't been up for a long time. Would you mind providing a real world update about it? Is it a lot faster on the road than a standard 60 with a 3B (must be much lighter), fuel economy must be great, and any other noteworthy items to report?
Thanks,
Opus

Fun build, I've always wanted to do this.

FYI: they do have weld on elbows and weld on t's for a cleaner looking manifold. Welding shops even have square weld on elbows and t's.
For you next build.. cheers!
