I live on the island and there are a bunch of 80s here, and some 81s. I just drove my HDJ81 to the other side of Saskatchewan and back last month- 4000km return? Didn't see 1 Land Cruiser of ANY sort beyond Kelowna, and not 1 RHD at all once I entered Alberta.

I'm in Campbell River with an FZJ80. There are a number of HDJ81s (including my old one). There are also a couple LX450s kicking around.

Hi all, I live in Fernie BC. Have a 97 lx450, all baselined with a Kaymar rear and OME meds all around. Triple locked, CDL and a bunch of stuff.
Amazing how many of these great rigs I see in and around the mountains in my area!

There are about 5+ owners of 80's in the club, fzj's, hzj's hdj'z and my blasphemy 6BT.

East of Okotoks - my wife has a 97 LX450 with Lockers and 285s. Originally a Vancouver truck, we bought it in Okotoks.

I have a AISIN Winch and factory bumper / grill guard from a JDM 80 for it.

In Abby as well. 1995 with 120 000, locked, 285 Duratrac's 2.5" OME and a whole whack of preventative maintenance done! Our family loves this truck... other than the gas mileage of course! But that's what you get when you drive a tank.
Next steps will be sliders and a swing away tire carrier.
