Marks does a 4L80E to transfercase adapter that will likely work. The 4L80E is based on the TH400. The TH400 is actually shorter and lighter than the A343, about 140 vs 170lbs.

I've toyed with the idea of a th400 for mine as well. I dropped the ball a while back and ccan'tremember the complications of that adaptation off the top of my head. It may have been the mating of the 1fz to th400

There is a company called PCS (Powertrain Control Solutions, not Powder Coating Services- that's my business LOL) that has developed it. Zero Gravity Performance sells their version of it and claims they can make it hold 1000hp.

@warezdog, you would be proud, I painted some parts in your favorite color. John Deere Blitz Black. haha. It was only the wiper arms and the key lock on the back of the truck, but it worked great, very nice finish, super easy to work with and seems to be pretty tough. I will let it cure a few days before reinstall.

So does that now go to an upper half that faces forward toward a front mount cooler or over the top kind of like the stock intake? Also, are you using the stock throttle body or a custom set up?

So you are looking at 2 of the 3 parts. The one being held in hand would bolt to the head. Then the back of the runners you see then would bolt to the second piece, which will have a plenum welded to where the trumpets protrude. This will be a forward facing intake manifold. My plan is a coming out of the hot side of the turbo through the core support just above the frame below the passenger side headlight, to a vertical flow 25"x12"x3.5" intercooler sitting between the frame rails, out the bottom of the intercooler and back up under the truck where the stock battery tray is to the front mount intake. For the throttle body you have a few options. 90mm Hypertune, 102mm Hypertune, but I am going with a 90mm LS7 drive by wire.

That is very nice. Not only is it surely better flow, but it throws out the problem everyone is having with that intake coming over the top of the engine!

Bingo, why put that cool air overtop the hot engine and next to the hot turbo/exhaust manifold??

Did you get an eta on the rest of the intake?
It looks like two stampings welded together, or maybe 2 pieces pressure cast? Either way a whole different process than the other parts, wonder if they do 100 percent in house? Pretty specialized

No it is all CNC'd even the main plenum is CNC'd in 2 halves and welded together. It's a massive amount of chips, but you get the best product for sure!
