Anyone have a spare Airbox lid from a late model 95-97 FZJ80 they would be interested in selling? Need it to clamp to the top of my FJ62 airbox for my LS Swap. Thanks!

Just in case anyone is in the market for a solid 80 with a new engine and a lot of PM, bumpers etc, here is one I did for a customer a few years back. No it’s not “TrIpLe LoCkEd” but lockers can be added

Time to get our 80 back in order. We have 6 weeks. We need brake lines, hard lines specifically. Do we have a resource? Can’t find them anywhere.

Check with a local hydraulic shop, they custom make them all the time here where I work in Alabama

Yeah. Make it. With all the junk y’all own you need a flare tool. Get copper line. It’s MUCH easier to work with than steel.

My thoughts also. I told her I could use it on 3 or 4 things right off.

For the casual user, the pre-made sticks at the parts stores are great and the coating holds up.

If you see your self making a bunch and need a flaring tool, skip the $20 tool in the store and get the Eastwood bender. Perfect flares every time. You can also do AN flares for your buggy if you get the AN die set.

That is exactly the one I am eyeing.

@jynx and I were discussing our need for such a tool.
