I can see that one. TLC would charge upwards of $200k for that and it’s Cali smog legal.
........but no bumpers or armor, other than sliders. Plus, it's just wrapped (with the engine bay being the original color). Nice engine conversion and nice suspension. It's basically a V8 80 with some cosmetics and a better ride. I gotta say the value is lost on me. If TLC could charge $200k (and get it) for THAT level of upgrade, there are far more people out there with more money than sense than I thought

wonder if that is Joe Rogan's? He has talked about it some. He said he never drives it and it has a LS swap...

The interesting thing is that they were able to get it to pass in California. The e-rod LS3 was never installed by gm in a truck platform it is from the car line up. The 5.3 e-rod engine was the truck version. One could argue that a Trailblazer SS which came with an LS3 but the GVW of a trailblazer is less than an 80 so that wouldn’t work either according to the “rules” in California. I’m sure someone knew the right person as according to the wording that is an “illegal” engine swap. I’m sure it emits less tailpipe emissions than a 1FZ but…

*Correction Trailblazer SS was Ls2 powered so there went that argument

Reserve not met... well you said $200k, guess they were trying to get their money back. Good lord... $185k and didn't meet reserve. Hell, for $100k, I'll deliver.
