80 1HDFTE + 5sp Auto with factory shifter (1 Viewer)

I made some parts to adapt the factory 80 series shifter to an A750 auto. I didn't like the bulky center consoles and floor cutting associated with putting the 100 series shifter in an 80. I can put this kit together on a case by case basis right now, just can't act me at Sales@LutzAuto.com if interested.

I have been running it for about a year and it's been down to La Paz, Baja and back with no issues.

It consists of 3 parts:
A custom linkage lever added to the right hand side of the trans

A circuit board to connect it electronically

A bracket to mount the transfer case shifter (unfortunately, I have no photo at the moment)

I just wanted to update this thread with a link to the final product kit. The shifter board is almost plug and play. It requires splicing into the o/d button wires, but the factory connector gets most of the work done.
