Get a good sample spring and put in the View attachment 3650389 you know in the pull down menu and there is a good chance it will produce the correct spring every time.

Perfect, of course using my poor punctuation I figured those dimensions listed and compressed length had to play a role. No idea McMaster made it that easy, thanks for the help!!

Have to say that with daughter back from college, hanging the doors was very brief but fun. Last fond memory I have is her helping me in shop in Colorado, dropping my digital micrometer within 15 seconds of arriving and shattering it.

Help me identify some of these parts, all sitting on top of each other in bin.

The hanging items are channels, possibly tailgate? At first I was thinking for something for door with vent window and that’s possible but the 79 doesn’t have vent windows.

I sure do!! Gracias

Ordered kit from Overland Metric to finish putting the 79 together. Told the wife I was going to go in and play with my nuts. Apparently not before the cat scan!

Doing a little organizing. Wife leaves tomorrow to hook up with daughter in Colorado. Saturday going to be epic, just me the dogs and my new nuts!

I had just finished the Mud Hen and headed for Moab and while on a trail the rear axle started making all kinds of noise. After some research, it was found to have loose u bolts. One guy said the nuts will loosen up after first install and another guy said, they don't loosen up, they stretch. Hence "stretchy nuts ". :)
J Mack seems to have a camera ready at all times.
