SOLD (1/14/2013)

1978 Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser - Mustard Yellow - Very Original

One of the nicest, original Land Cruisers you will find on the planet. Rust free. Almost all mechanical components replaced or refurbished. Both hard and soft tops. Extra parts.

Damn, she's sexy with that bikini top on.

With Hard Top

As much as it saddens me, having two teenage drivers who are now driving is forcing me to make a change in my car situation.

Thus I am selling Uglina.

I'm not so eager to sell that I'm willing to negotiate or put it on eBay. Yes, I know I am asking a premium price. But I think she's worth it and I know there's someone out there who will agree.

If you want to check out the details go to the website I've created with all the details:

I want to thank everyone here on Mud who has helped me out over the past 6 years. It has been a incredibly fun and rewarding journey and you all are class acts. Someday I'll be back...

Amazing... I've always drooled over this cruiser. Good luck with the sell!

This is the nicest FJ40 I've seen, and that's a real fair price considering the perfect condition. Good luck!

Awwwwww...crud!

:crybaby:...Can I get into a time machine and flashforward ten years from now?..Uglina, or another piece of artwork like her, was going to be my "happy retirement to me" present...she is beautiful...good luck with the sale!

Hello, it sounds like you have made the difficult decisiosn, but i can say with experience you will very much regret selling this vechicle. Especially with your own hands doing the wrenching, makes it a unique bond between man and machine. Even though your price is a little low for the condition, i wish you good fortune with the sale. I hope i will never be in the position to have to sell mine unless some well-to-do gentleman makes me a ridiculous offer that i cannot refuse.

Beautiful FJ40! and that said, I hate the color yellow. You are definitely NOT charging enough!

Best of luck with the sale!

My favorite year and color, WOW!

[strike]Thank you for your interest in Uglina. I'm sorry to say that since listing it for sale I've developed a case of sellers remorse and have decided to pull it off the market. I simply love her too much to part with her at this time. I hope you understand.

Please check back at For Sale - 1978 Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser 'Uglina' regularly because I reserve the right to change my mind again :-).[/strike]

She's back for sale again: www.uglina.com
