Wooohooo!!!! Turn out the radio power was grounding out on the cigarette lighter. Thank you so much for all help. You guys are great! It's so nice to bounce things around each other to keep the mind from shutting down and blocking out the obvious.

Remember harness LB goes to wiper motor LW. Harness LW to wiper LB. Coolerman discusses it on his wiper science page. Gin and I both dealt with that.
