thanks M8
comparing this one with the original post, i do like the first one with the stretched frame.
this one needs a nicer tray but the price seems right.

Could just buy this triple cab instead and swap in a front axle. It has a 14B which I really want my next truck to have.

I remember mark sending me an email about that one for a laugh. That would probably be a really cool truck.
Its really simple inside.

for that money i would be flying to NZ to look at the original 4 door linked by Bruce ...

still cool truck

those are all i have at the moment. apparently it is for sale, a colleague is pondering buying it. IIRC the price is 35-40 grand. if i can get some more pics i will be sure to post them up.

Here's another one..

Thats a strange factory snorkel if thats a truck from Oz, the factory snorkels are bigger than that with a different top. The V8s need more air than previous models I would guess hence the bigger intake. This looks like a safari snorkel to me

not for me, i like the rugged good looks of the older body style. the 80/100/200 series is too "American" for my tastes...

were you meaning that 200 or whatever it was?
the new 70 series has grown on my a little bit but then i look at the headlights and it turns me off....
doesn't seem as rugged as the oldies.
My lotto winnings haven't allowed me to get a 79 built wayne. Keep wishing!

How do they do it with such a refine work on the body panel? Or are they come from the factory?:D

They use lots of bog, One of the troopys chopped down to a duel cab for underground reversed into a corner of a tunnel damaging down the side of the 78 and cracks of body n plenty of bog all around the back of the cab and rear door

I think I'd rather a 75 /79 with flat roof made to a duel cab than a 76 then you get duel tanks ,the feet room is the same for back passengers you just loose a bit of room under the front , but I'd rather duel tanks than a bit of under front seat storage space.

That above duel cab is a 76

This looks like a chopped 76 to me, the back axle is in the wrong place. Anything like a load on the tray would have the lights pointing at the stars. The previous 79 looks a lot better, and the Saudi ones look even better. Take that bit of tin off the back and put a flatdeck on it - that would be nice.

This is a chopped 76 in NZ, on New Zealand's biggest farm.
