Newbie here....

Love the website and can only say I wish I had this site at my disposal about 10 years ago when I purchased my 69. Though I've made Mods such as lift, PS, Engine conversion (283 - 350), replace the tub, bucket seats, 35' tires, grill guard, soft top holly crap there's more :crybaby:...I haven't thought about all this stuff for some time...heh...I guess all my running gear is original :). My cruiser did not have the original cluster or gauges either for that matter so I built a plate and mounted some after market crap for the interim. The vacuum shift is still in working order but have issues with the speed in 4WD when it come to the front drive line (I know what the problem is but need to take it and have it worked on). I'll post some pics' of my truck soon but just wanted to say HOWDY to everyone here and the wealth of information and time memebers take to help one another out is impressive.

I do have a few questions about future mods but just wanted to say hi and I look forward to particpating in the future.

Ditto to Munkey. I feel the same way. I just found the site a few days ago only to be blow away at the knowledge base. At the same time I was pissed off to find it this late in the game. My own fault.
I've been learning the hard way for a while now. My only help has been my cousin (Bronco guy) who has made two long trips down to Socal to help me out. I'll try my best to give back as much knowledge as I absorb... The FAQ's were very straight forward and helpful to. Thanks

We want Cruiser porn. Show us your FJ40!!!!!!
