Bump for a SOLID 40. The price is better than reasonable.

Unfortunately up here , you cant find them (if you did it would look like a pile of Iron Ore)

WOW that's a shiny hood! I'll check with a guy in town here, asked me about any 40's for sale. I'll let you know.

Larry,

I just finished checking out your ROTW thread and love the local wheeling shots. I'm down in Cody and have a mustard yellow '78 that I bought from the original owner here in town. It was sold new on Jan 12, 1979 and spent it's whole life prowling around the sage flats. I also picked up a '79 rust bucket for the factory power steering set-up, which will be going into my '78 this winter. I wish I had room to pick-up your '67. It looks like a solid truck. If you ever make it down this way, drop me a line. I'd love to talk cruisers with you over a cup of coffee.

 Bob

P.S. - Bump to the top!!

I am south of Livingston - any interest in selling the stock rims seperately? If so, so you have any pics of them? Are there many cracks in the steering wheel on the 40? Trying to convince myself that I need a 40. Got a 45 in the works and could probably swap a few parts around, too.

Is that shiny hood painted Ford red like your 74?

I think the hood is free born red, if I repaint the cruiser, I'll repaint it to match anyway, I have six rims, make an offer, I am coming through Livingston Monday could drop them off, Larry

BTW I think it has one crack at the end of the spoke, I used a repair kit on a 63 chevy steering wheel and it worked pretty well, Pic's later today. Larry

Larry - I may have my Dad interested in the deal (with oem wheels). I'll let you know very soon.

Sounds good, Let me know, I am replacing the rusted steel in the back this week, had to do the dash anyway, pictures later, Larry
