Looking for advice on sources for bed repair. The corrugated floor..... need several feed of mid section over rear axle. Any ideas for sourcing or other models or years that are the same " profile". Also looking for both sides rear quarters. Are these the same off of non pick ups this year. Thank you in advance. Kevin

I thought aqualu was producing a shorty bed but not sure if it was for removable tops or fixed

Paul they produce both lengths. Part number 4512 is 2” longer (70 5/16") than 4510 (68-5/16").

@maldoran
Somewhere on here there’s a thread where a guy who had a 45 built a jig for his press that allowed him to bend the metal to rebuild a bed floor. This might be something you’d want to try?

You can see all the fab work @miller is doing to @3_puppies former early ‘63 SWB FJ-45 here:

@Unimogguy I thought they were only producing 1 or the other, nice they are doing both, it's and option
@Awl_TEQ had made stuff in the past, but I think all his stuff is going thru 4 wheel parts? in Calgary

short of going to a wrecking yard and measuring old beds, I'm thinking others have done this and came up empty

S10 bed floors seem like they will work but u would have to do front to back middle section being not the same rib spacing. You can bend it with a sheetmetal brake. Cool cruisers will make u some long qtrs. I made my own. It’s a ton of work and there will be more rust than u planned. Im in it now but for the price those aquala beds are a great option. So the floor is flat it will be a great truck either way and save u a year of work! Post some pics
