It will come with 4 screw holes and hardware plus strips of 3M adhesive. You can use both, or just one method. I would encourage both but if your totally against drilling holes then the adhesive should be sufficient.

I've also used the hook side of Velcro to help attach to the carpet and keep things in place if you don't want to drill holes.
 
So I sold a few of the 60 and 62 cup holders last night. They will be shipping out today. I need some help. Assuming the buyers are guys on this forum; can you guys get me some pics of them installed? I don't own a 60 so can't just go out to the garage and snap pics of the cup holders installed. I would love to update my website with better pics.

So the single 62 series cup holder it super close to done. Version ?.0 (lost track of what version I'm on now) should be getting delivered today for final test fitting. Finger crossed it will be a perfect fit. I should know very soon. Hopefully it will be perfect and I will be able to get a batch made and up on my site soon. The double cup holder for the 60 and 62 are already done and on my site. I will let you guys know when the single is ready.
 
Finally wrapped up the single cup holder for the 62. I test fit the final design this morning in a local 62. Fit perfect. I will start a large batch this week and will have the single added to my website by this weekend. Here's how it turned out.

thanks. I started production on them about an hour ago. Should have a good sized batch done by Friday and up on the site by Saturday.
 
Great work! What's that "flap" on the front for? To hold a cell phone more securely?

What edges do you feel need smoothing? All corners have a rounded edge and the entire piece is hand sanded then dipped in aceton to smooth out. Turns out quite smooth. ABS is NOT a healthy dust for your lungs. I always wear a full respirator when I am sanding and acetoning the plastic to smooth it out. The slot on the front is for a cell phone. The square hole in the back is for storage. Basically anything that will fit in the small hole.

Edit: Just realized you are asking about the 60 series double cup holder. The flap is to secure a cell phone.

Thanks for the orders guys. I'm realizing now that it probably wasn't the smartest thing to release the last of the 60 series cup holders on the same day as the Tacoma cup holders. I got a massive wave of orders last night. I will process as many as possible today and the rest will get processed tomorrow. I hope to have all orders that were placed yesterday shipped out tomorrow and Wednesday. They will all go out USPS Priority 2-3 day mail so they will all arrive at a normal time.
 
Just wanted to say a final thanks to the guys who helped me get this project done. I made a batch of the 62 double, 60 double, and 62 single that would be the size needed to at least break even on my investment. I have now already sold two of the 3 batches completely and the last few 62 cup holders should sell by the end of the weekend. Have not made a dime yet but at least I didn't lose on this project. I have had a few losers in the past. Hopefully I will be able to add these to my "success" list soon. New batches of all 3 designs are already going and my site is being restocked every couple days. Again, thanks for the support, help, and willingness to try a new product. it's time to move on to other projects. One more check off the list.
 
I'll definitely be ordering a 62 series cup holder soon.
 
I will put out one more request for pics of the 60 series double cup holder installed. I have shipped out close to 20 of them now. I have plenty of pics of the 62 double and single cup holder but badly need pics of th 60 series cup holder installed and in use. My website pics suck and need to be replaced.
 
Just a heads up to anyone planning on putting in an order before Christmas. We will be heading out of town from 12/18-12/29 visiting family in Colorado. Any orders that need to be shipped out and delivered by Christmas must be placed by this Thursday 12/15 in order to be shipped out before I leave and delivered before Christmas. No orders will ship out during the dates we will be gone. Orders we resume shipping out on 12/30.

It's been a while since I posted anything to this thread. Looks like we sold almost 300 60 and 62 series cup holders over the last 12 months. I truly appreciate all of the support. I did however notice a trend over the last few months that folks were not using the Mud discount code very often. It's still available.
