Hello: my wife told me to thin the herd. I am selling my 1985 60 series. The pictures and specs are as follows:
-engine and tranny are out of a 2006 Chevy 2500 with 63,000 miles. Engine is a ls series 6.0 with a 4L80e tranny. Cold air intake, reprogrammed computer, hooker headers and magna flow exhaust. I am guessing it develops 350 to 375 hp.

Yes the cut and turn was done. I run 90 octane in my v8 cruisers as I think they run better and I think the are more efficient with the 90.

think the question was about what specific engine is in the truck. If that's original paint it should NOT be repainted...looks great. GLWS

No cats needed as we don't have smog testing in Florida. Engine was not desmogged. We took the cats off and the o2 sensors behind the cats. The front o2s were left on and then the computer was reprogrammed (flashed) so the rear sensors wouldn't be needed.

Nice cruiser. How difficult would it be to hook the rest of the rear smog/cats up, and passing the smog test in my state? Simple reflash? Thanks.

I think it would be simple. I believe you would need to install 2 cats as it is true dual exhaust, weld in the bungs, install and wire the rear o2 and have someone reflash. Ed

Wish I knew how to drive stick! I'm in the market for a 60-62
