Oh s***. You guys are right. I depinned the wrong wire in the dark. It looks black with blue but it’s dark blue. And it’s pin 2. I’ll fix and remove on 7 and update. Cheers.
And I’ve been using this diagram. Why is it different from what you sent? @jonheld

It would appear that I have the CDL + standard Pin 7 (Bk/Bl wire) mod. If I want to try the "Pin 7 Pro" (Y wire) mod, do I need to undo the standard mod first? I'd like to get rid of that hard shift into 2nd and add OD in low, but finding the current mod sounds like a real pain.

My guess is you don’t need to reconnect the Pin 7 at the CDL relay. Can leave it as is and go unplug the harness at the tcase and you’re good.
 
NVMD! I got the 97 EWD and saw it matches what you sent. My bad. I got the previous from higher in the thread but I guess it was for other models.
Hey all sorry for the added drama. I repaired my first pin 7 mod attempt (deleted pin 3 on accident) and instead did the Pin 7 Pro mod at the TC. All is well and I love the 4H shifting points in 4L-Drive.
